These forms will help to educate you and also help you understand the Role and Responsibilities of the Realtor. Which forms to be used will depend on the location of the property , i.e., North Carolina, Georgia or both. Jim is required to review these forms with you and have you sign them indicating that you have been familiarized with them. These forms are not Contracts but merely proof that you have been made aware of them.
